SHIPPING

The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-5 days, depending on the destination. Andersen Mats are made to order; allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Please allow 10-14 delivery time for TPI Industrial Fans due to high demand.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment for most orders within the Continental U.S. Most orders ship out via UPS the same business day (M-F) received. Shipping rates are based on weight and dimension. There are no handling fees applied to any online order. Freight charges will be displayed during checkout.

*Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, unless specified. Additional fees will apply. Expedited orders will be delivered on the following business day (For example: 2nd Day Air orders will be delivered on Monday when processed on a Thursday/ Overnight orders will be delivered on a Monday when processed on a Friday). Please take this into account when placing your order to ensure timely delivery of your item.*

Extra Freight Charges Apply For Express (Air) Shipments . All Air shipment orders must be placed by 3 p.m Easter Time.

Larger items and weight are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. IF HIGHER SHIPPING RATES APPLY YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED FOR APPROVAL.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can I have an order shipped UPS to my P.O. Box?
    No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
  • What if my address is incorrect?
    If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient at your expense. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

New and unopened tems may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs. All other returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

* TPI Fans and Anderson Mats will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned.
