Adjustable Hose Clamps / Worm Clamps

Large clamps can be made into smaller clamps very simply when using a Band-It Adjustable Worm Clamp. Multiply desired oversize diameter ( in inches) by 16 to determine the SAE size you need: One example: 5" diameter Range formula is 5x16=80, a V08099 (size 80) clamp. Two size 40's assembled in tandem equals a size V08099 (size 80) or, you may want to use four smaller sized together for easy uniform adjustment around a big circumference. For tandem use, bands of the same width are required.
