Vibra-TITE Blue 12150 is a general-purpose, medium-strength threadlocker designed to secure metric, imperial, and conventional-sized nuts and bolts. It meets the requirements of over 80% of fastening applications, resists loosening from shock and vibration, and remains fully removable with standard hand tools after curing.

Vibra-TITE 12150 locks and seals threaded fasteners on machinery and equipment that experience regular disassembly. It replaces lock washers and plastic inserts, and is commonly used to lock machine access bolts and hydraulic system bolts.

Vibra-TITE 121 reaches full cure in 24 hours at 68°F, delivering a typical breakaway strength of 100-200 in.lbs. and a typical prevailing strength of 30-60 in.lbs. This medium-strength bond is recommended for threaded components under 1" in diameter and allows disassembly using conventional hand tools when needed.
Vibra-TITE 121 conforms to MIL-S-46163A, ASTM D-5363, and NSF standards.
